Spirit West Coast and More
We just got done with Spirit West Coast, the last official festival on the summer tour. We had booths in two locations located about a half a mile apart, so it defiantly made a lot more work than normal. We had a good opportunity to pray with people so that was good.
Additionally, I will now be doing a festival in Kansas City called Rock the Light instead of going to South Dakota next month. Pray for favor at this festival because I am going in half and half with the guy I was working for over the summer, meaning if its a flop, I have half the expenses, but we also split half the net, which could prove useful in buying a new car.
In the mean time, since the summer is over, we are heading into the back country of Wyoming to climb for 10 days in the Wind Rivers Range. I will be out of cell phone service and internet during that period. Pray for safe travels, we are going to be climbing some serious walls. Once we get out, I fly back to Missouri for about a month and schedule meetings with people to raise my budget.
On another note, I was curious if anyone who reads this blog is interested in non ministry activities being engaged in. (i.e. climbing). Becuase the summer has been very eventful with adventurous activities between festivals, I was just uncertain if it would be appropriate to post them on here. Just let me know what you guys want to read about. Once I get out to Los Angeles and I’m doing ministry full time, it will be easier to have stuff to write about.
