I am set up as a Missionary Associate through the Assemblies of God and my budget is set at over $2,000 a month. I live with both a full time and volunteer staff Chi Alpha staff member and our rent alone is 2466 divided by three, plus utilities. Additionally I have to pay for my cell phone, food, gas, etc. I have to eat out with students consistently, and that gets expensive. I appreciate your financial help to make me more effective as a Missionary Associate.

If you would like to support me on a monthly basis, I need you to fill out a faith promise form so it will count towards my monthly budget. You can fill out a faith promise form online or download one and mail to the above address. Once the faith promise form is submitted, you can choose to either donate by monthly mail order or by bank draft.
To set it up as monthly bank draft, a signature is required. Follow the instructions bellow to set this up. Each downloadable form already has my account information integrated to make the process as easy as possible.
How to set up a monthly withdraw from your bank account
A. If you already filled out a faith promise form
You need to fill out a monthly bank draft authorization form and mail it into the above address

You need to download and fill out the faith promise form and make sure you include your bank account information and mail it into the above address.
